An acknowledgement of our high-quality training programs

Since this year, Möbius has become a Qfor-certified organisation. Achieving this quality label confirms our commitment to providing high-quality in-company training programs in the fields of strategy and management.

The Qfor label is an independent and objective assessment of the quality of our services, guaranteeing that we meet the strictest standards. By obtaining this quality label, our clients can trust that they are working with a reliable and professional partner.

What is the Qfor-label?

The Qfor model is a tool for quality measurement and improvement within organisations offering learning and consulting services. It is based on customer satisfaction surveys and/or analysis of organisational processes and resources. The Qfor label acts as a 'gatekeeper' and allows potential clients to make an informed choice based on the anonymous feedback of clients who have used the services of the certified organisation. Organisations that have obtained the Qfor label have demonstrated their commitment to quality and were evaluated based on their ability to meet certain standards. A positive audit culminates in a certificate. The results of the audit are included in an audit report that identifies the specificity of the organisation.

What is the process for obtaining the Qfor label?

To evaluate the quality of our training courses, an audit was carried out which consisted of two parts:

DataScan

Through the DataScan module, the specific characteristics and activities of our organisation were identified. During the audit visit, the validation of the information was done based on documents and systems of the organisation and a detailed questionnaire. In other words, the DataScan gives an overall picture of the organisation. It is not commercial information, but information validated by an independent third party.

ClientScan

The ClientScan module measured the quality of our services through a client satisfaction survey. As part of the audit process, the auditor picked clients from our client list to ensure an accurate representation. This survey offers valuable insight into our clients' perception of our services, allowing us to receive valuable feedback and better understand their needs and expectations.

Results

Qfor score

(= Score calculated by the Certification Committee based on measurement type, calibration and type of services)

Homogeneity grade

(= Grade of cohesion of individual customer outcomes with overall satisfaction)

82%

87%

The auditor was highly impressed with our achievement in obtaining the prestigious Qfor label. She observed that achieving such high scores is exceptional and that it is equally remarkable that we obtained a homogeneity grade of 87%. This indicates that our clients' overall satisfaction with our services is consistently high, as evidenced by the consistent scores given by different customers. This is a recognition of the hard work and dedication of our staff to provide high-quality in-company trainings in strategy and management. We are proud of this achievement and will continue to strive to improve to exceed our clients' expectations.

A few anonymous testimonials from our satisfied clients, as shared in the client satisfaction survey:

"They are real experts. They can make difficult concepts very understandable. Our participants sometimes demonstrate resistance to a new course but were involved in a wink. A strong point is that they know our organization well, and they also know how our executives work and think. We are really happy with Möbius."

"The training clearly had added value for us. It was followed up by individual coaching. This combination was super valuable because it allowed us to really put to work what we had learned."

"Our people report a better understanding of how to translate theory into practice. There was really an 'aha' with the participants, they said "Finally I know how to do it". What struck me is that the trainer can give different examples from other contexts and could easily make the link to our situation. It's not conceptual, it's really to the point."

“The training was a nice combination of theory and practice. During practice we looked very practically at our own organisation. Everyone also participated in a follow-up session, that's where people get additional very helpful insights.”
